the design option is my personal business that offers customers in both the residential and commercial sector interior design services.

I have a passion for design, and love working for myself. I have worked in sales and design for over 15 years. I formalized my passion by studying interior design at the Nanette Cameron School of Interior Design in 1997. Five years later I formed the design option, which has grown into a busy design consultancy through word of mouth.

My cliental is very diverse. I have worked mainly on residential projects, from fully managed all encompassing design to consultancy on an hourly basis for individuals who require simply colours or assistance in choosing products or furnishing for there house or holiday homes. In addition I have built seven of my own homes and worked in a variety of commercial premises from office buildings to bars.

My broad range of skills allows me to research and source product quickly and efficiently saving you time and money.

• Committee member of the Interior Design Guild of NZ
• I participate in a Network Group of Interior Designers
• Committee member of a Business Women's group
